I had requested for a sim swap as my airtel sim was not functioning. I had given the request at Airtel store KPHB main road, above Vijetha Super market, on 22-01-2022 at around 15:00 hrs and the staff at the store had conveyed to me that within 3-4 hours my new sim would be activated. But to my surprise i got a message on my alternate number that it would take 24 hrs. Again on Sunday 23-01-2022 again i got a message that it would take another 24 hrs. however, today at 16:45 hrs or so i had got a message that there is some verification problem.
I am a Sr. Technical Director in central govt and I am heading a crucial project which requires 24×7 implementation support. Because of the negligence on their part i had to undergo lot of pressure.
I expect that appropriate action is taken on the concerned and compensatory action is also initiated for the stress that i had to undergo
