- I had requested for change in connection line of my existing connection on 06-Apr-19
- Got this SMS
- Hi! We will contact you on RMN in 2 working hrs to take appointment for visit.Tatasky WO No# 1EIV35O8 will be attended in 24 hours..
- Next I got a call from +919031008508 10:05AM from Ranchi Tata Sky they would attend on 06-Apr-19
- Till evening of 06-Apr-19, it was not attended, neither the Tata Sky Ranchi number was responding to my call.
- Checked up with customer care, came to know the my complain was canceled without being attended OR EVEN DISCUSSING WITH ME.
- RE-REGISTER THE COMPLAIN and wanted to talk to senior, who was not available to take call. Call center executive who handled my call was Mr. Mitosis
- I got a message Hi! We will contact you on RMN in 2 working hrs to take appointment for visit.Tatasky WO No# 1EIV35O8 will be attended in 24 hours.
Tata Sky Installer visit for WO#1EIV35O8 is scheduled between 07/04/2019 19:00 & 20:00 In case of query pls contact our helpline on 1860 208 6633. - Today morning I requested call center as Ranchi Tata Sky service is not picking the call, please request to address the companion in day time as in evening if dark it would again not get addressed
