I made request to send service engineer for error showing in my telivision, service request no.801619656 and customer id-4694486 but after 72 hrs not attend any service engineer, its so horrible situation for me that telivision is off in my home since 5 days and even after made request to send service engineer, no body come to my home and solve my setup box problem, if u are not solving my problem today then as a loyal customer of me since 15 years made a request to permanently disconnect my Videocon D2h connection, i dont need if it not support customers when they facing problem related to setup box.
