THIS IS DEFINITELY A SHAMEFUL ACT FROM CONCERN JIO FIBER AUTHORITY STILL AS ON DATE I AM WAITING FOR MY SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND OF RS 500 SINCE 14 MAY 2022.
Dear GRIEVANCE CELL,
With references to the trailing mails, I APPROACHED CONCERN JIO FIBER CUSTOMER CARE & APPELLATE MUMBAI since 14 MAY 2022.
But till to date I received only assurance but not the result.
As a common man I don’t understand WHAT IS THE ROOT CAUSE OF NOT GETTING A RESOLUTION FROM HIGHLY QUALIFIED JIO FIBER APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES.
I ONCE AGAIN REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE INVOLVE YOUR GOOD OFFICE & INITIATE REFUND FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT OF RUPEES FIVE HUNDRED ONLY CUSTOMER ID : 1144417116.

DUE TO WRONG IFSC CODE REFUND TRANSACTION WAS FAILED & AMOUNT OF RS. 500 NOT RECEIVED TILL TO DATE.
