I raised safe custody on tata sky broadband app and it showed request completed. Still the safe custody did not take place. When contacted the customer service they said they did not receive any request. Shared them the snapshot with details on the tatasky broadband app, still they are insisting that they did not receive request and I will loose the days even though I did not use any data since I raised the safe custody request
