I got a bill dated 3 Nov for plan 999. I am using plan 709. I am unable to get high speed as my mobile has no 5 GMhz option. Sought revised bill thro email on 5th Nov. Sent reminders. No response. Getting SMS to pay higher bill amount. If the bill is revised shall make payment. No response till this minute.
