I am a regular followup with you from 28 feb 2023 (Email attached) but till date the problem has not been resolved.
Everyday you and your team give me new excuses.
As per trail email problem will be resolved on 06 Jun 2023 but till the time I have not received any email and phone call for final resolution.
As per brand manager (Kendalwood) the total amount of Sofa refunded to flipkart.
Request you kindly refund my total amount and when your internal problem is resolved then you pick faulty sofa from my home.
