The product in question is a MOTOROLA Edge 40(Viva Magenta, 256 GB which I purchased for Rs. 26,999. However, I received a different product worth only Rs. 18,999 (MOTOROLA g84 5G). This discrepancy is highly concerning and has caused me great inconvenience. Upon discovering this error, I immediately tried to process a replacement or refund request through the Flipkart app.
