It is submitted that I purchased a 1.5 Ton Split Room AC on 24/05/2023 make of Daikin company from Flipkart Invoice attached. The invoice has been attached with this mail for your reference. The Engineer from the Authorized service centre came to me for unboxing and installation for the same. After installation the engineer found that product is not working properly . He prepared a Job card and described that indoor coil punch.
After that message has been received that “Daikin Customer, Cancellation proposed for Ref. DEL2905202339092625 , Machine sticker defaced , if not agree pls notify within 48hrs to Call Center” ( screenshot has been attached).
As Daikin ASM informed me that your product does not cover under warranty and can’t be replaced from the Daikin side. Further he informed me that only Flipkart will return the said defective product.
I make many calls to Daikain service centre and Flipkart service centre but the problem is not being resolved.
It is financially and Mentally harassment for me. It feels like I am being cheated as flipkart tells me to call for return to Daikain and Daikain asks men to call for return to Flipkart.

Since your product is defective and as per your return policy the defective devices may be returned in 7 Days i.e. 01/06/2023 and I purchased it from Flipkart, you are requested to return the defective devices as soon as possible.
