Hello Sir,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the AO Smith water purifier (Model: [AO SMITH WP INTELLI UV PLUS], purchased on [07-02-2025]) which we installed approximately six months ago.

Since installation, the unit has exhibited persistent technical issues that have severely affected its performance. Despite multiple visits from your technicians, the problem remains unresolved. Each attempt at repair has only added to our frustration, with no lasting solution provided.

Given the repeated service failures and continued malfunction of the product, we have lost confidence in its reliability. We no longer wish to have technicians attempt to fix the issue, as it has proven ineffective and disruptive.

Therefore, we request that you either:

Replace the defective unit with a new, fully functional one, or

Issue a full refund of the amount paid for this product.

We hope for a prompt and fair resolution to this matter. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and inform us of the next steps at the earliest.
