Hi,

I am writing to seek your assistance and intervention in a matter of utmost importance concerning the malfunctioning IFB Front-Loading Washing Machine, which I purchased three years ago. The machine is still under warranty, as stated in the warranty terms, which covers it for four years. However, the recurring issues I have experienced with this appliance have left me deeply unsatisfied and have caused significant financial loss due to the damage it has inflicted on my clothes.

Since the initial purchase of the IFB washing machine, I have repeatedly raised several different kind of complaints with IFB’s customer service department due to the machine’s consistent and recurring problems here are a few last complaint number:1010562520/1012494333/1012421583 .

The most concerning issue is that the machine has damaged my clothes on multiple occasions. Despite two previous attempts to repair the machine for the same issue, it continues to damage my clothing. To date, the machine has ruined my clothes approximately 6-7 times, and this has resulted in a considerable financial loss for me.

My previous attempts to have IFB replace the faulty washing machine have been met with resistance, and they have consistently denied my requests. This situation has left me with a complete lack of confidence in the machine’s ability to function as intended, and I am reluctant to use it to wash my clothes, given its track record of causing damage.

In light of the above circumstances, I kindly request your intervention in this matter and urge the Consumer Court to take necessary action against IFB to ensure the replacement of the defective washing machine. It is my firm belief that the repeated damage to my clothes, despite being under warranty, is completely unacceptable, and IFB should be held accountable for providing a faulty product.

I would like to stress the urgency of this matter, as the continued use of this machine poses a risk to my personal finances and causes significant inconvenience in my daily life. I kindly request that the Consumer Court take the necessary steps to address this situation promptly and ensure that IFB fulfills its obligations under the warranty by replacing the malfunctioning washing machine.

I am prepared to provide any additional images that may be required to support my case. I eagerly await your response and the swift resolution of this matter to safeguard my consumer rights and interests.
