A Jio telecommunication pole has been installed in front of my house, adjacent to our compound wall, at a location where we are planning to install an additional gate for our car park. The placement of this pole is obstructing our gate installation plans.

Additionally, an Airtel telecommunication pole had earlier been installed at the corner of our house, which was later removed due to the ongoing sewerage construction in the area. We were not informed in advance, nor was any permission sought from us before installing the Jio telecommunication pole in front of our compound wall.
We approached your vendor and requested the removal of the pole so that we could proceed with the urgent installation of the car park gate. However, the vendor refused to remove the pole and did not provide a proper response. As a result, I contacted you regarding this issue and am now writing this email along with a photograph for your reference.
This is an emergency situation, as the gate installation needs to be completed immediately. I kindly request you to look into this matter on priority and take the necessary action at the earliest.
