I have made a complaint for relocation of dth set top box from one room to another at 9:50 am on Sunday (16.06.19) bearing complaint no. 1ir9zbxv but still now no action has been taken. Everytime I call their customer care they say technician will call within 2 hrs but nobody calls or shows up.
Being a Tata employee I am frustrated to see their service.
