Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to inform you that I have cancelled my flight ticket from Kochi to Ahmedabad dated 27/10/2025 through easemytrip on 16/10/2025 due to medical emergency. The mail ID is care@easemytrip.com. But for the last few times they are not giving me any proper reply.
I have already submitted required all documents.
