Dear Team,

I noticed that ₹149 has been auto-debited three times from my account under the name NOV DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT PRIVATE LIMITED through UPI AutoPay, even though I have not used or accessed your services during this period.

Details of deductions:

₹149 on 28 March 2025

₹149 on 29 June 2025

₹149 on 29 September 2025

OLEX2503291329342787877028 (29 September 2025)

Total deducted amount: ₹447

I had not intended to continue this subscription, and these charges were deducted without my usage. I have now cancelled the AutoPay mandate to prevent further deductions.

I kindly request you to process a refund of the total amount ₹447 at the earliest.
