Hello Sir/Madam,

I am Mukesh Choudhary, a customer of Flipkart. I ordered an Apple Pencil (2nd Gen) for iPad Pro Stylus worth Rs 10,900 on 12 April 2021. I received my order on 14 April 2021, but it contained a Rs 5 ball point pen and a black wire. I raised a replacement request for my product for a genuine product on 14 April 2021, evening. I got no calls or any kind of response from Flipkart within the given 72 hrs. of time limit as stated on the website. Instead, I have to chase customer care service for a update regarding my issue raised. They kept asking me to wait till 26 April 2021 and assured me that the request will be resolved, but nothing happened. When I kept chasing them again and again, they asked me to fill a consent form and share my id proof for verification. I shared all details in the consent form along with my Aadhar card on the very same day (23 April,2021). On 25 April 2021, my request was closed without my consent stating that the issue is resolved while troubleshooting. When I inquired about it, they are gave me no solid answer and told me that my billing address is not same as the address on id proof. My id proof is having my permanent address, my name and my mobile number linked with it are same as on my Flipkart account, so why was it not accepted. After requesting them again, they opened my return request and I further shared part of my rent agreement as a proof of my residential address (which was never required for creating account with Flipkart, not sure why it was asked for?). When I again contacted customer care, they said I will get a call from them and the issue will get resolved on 26 April, 2021. From then my return request has been closed many more times without my information and without any resolution. The issue is not resolved till date, when I try contacting them they are not providing any answer but just keep asking me to wait for next 48 hrs. or more days. I am worried about my money stuck with Flipkart from last 15 days, and genuinely have trust issues with Flipkart, I am unable to buy the product form somewhere else also, as I am not sure if I will get a refund or replacement for my purchase. I am sharing all details regarding the purchase and photos for your reference with this mail.
