Subject: Request for Refund – Order ID UPRC5157
I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent order (Order ID: UPRC5157) placed on 17-02-2025 through Refined Cargo and delivered via Amazon on 18-02-2025. Unfortunately, the product I received was of poor quality and appeared to be used, which is unacceptable.
Additionally, I have been trying to access the website since yesterday to initiate the refund process, but the site appears to be closed or unavailable. This has made it difficult for me to proceed with my return request.
Given these circumstances, I kindly request a full refund and return instructions for the product. I have attached photos of the item as proof of its condition. Please assist me in resolving this issue.
