Dear Sir,
I had booked some item through the Flipkart with Order number OD126571336432055000 Tample Fab 214 cm (7.02 ft) Polyester Room Darkening Door Curtain (Pack Of 2) (Geometric, Navy Blue) & Tample Fab 154 cm (5.05 ft) Polyester Room Darkening Window Curtain (7 Packet Pack Of 2) (Geometric, Navy Blue) on 19-Nov-2022.
i had booked that item to fix it in my house for marriage reception on 4 Dec-2022 but flipkart deliver that item on 2lot of single order, 1st lot was came on 25 dec-2022 6 pcs sofa cover against of 9 Packets Tample Fab 214 cm (7.02 ft) Polyester Room Darkening Door Curtain (9 packet Pack Of 2) after opening that item i had requested for replacement then they again was came at my home on 3rd dec- for delivery of my replacement item that time logistic executive asked for me to give us the 9 pcs then i will deliver your item that time i don’t have 9 packet item because i received item on 25-Dec only single packet 6 pcs after some time they gone from my home without deliver & pickup my product & they marked in portal that item was deliver on 3rd dec
I have raised the complaint through customer care & mail on same, but they everyday told me please wait 24- 48hrs from 3rd Dec, yesterday they committed on 15 dec will resolve this issue but today still not resolve my issue.
Also, another product they were deliver wrong fabric of Tample Fab 154 cm (5.05 ft) Polyester Room Darkening Window Curtain (7 Packet Pack Of 2) (Geometric, Navy Blue) on 19-Nov-2022. that time i again requested to replacement but they again were delivering wrong item (it means 2 time deliver wrong product) after that i requested for refund & i have received the payment of 7 pkt but still i didn’t received refund of Tample Fab 214 cm (7.02 ft) Polyester Room Darkening Door Curtain (9 Packets Pack Of 2) (Geometric, Navy Blue)
Now i am requesting to help me in regard this matter.
