My name is Ritesh Jawade And I’m from Washim Maharashtra. I’m 28 years old and I’m a physically challenged person suffering from cerebral palsy. I have hardly any control of my body
I want to file a complaint against Flipkart. I ordered a Realme TV from Flipkart on 8 May 2022 and Flipkart delivered to me 2020 older manufacture model. That time I didn’t realize it was an older manufacture model I was realize it after 2 days of delivered. and, two months later, on 22/07/2022, the TV completely died. I complained about it to Flipkart customer care via chat and call but they did not agree with their mistake but they did agree with the replacement after I file compliant in NCH and then they send me a new one TV on 24th August 2022 and TV’s Installation was complete at 11th September 2022. and after one day since 12th September 2022 this TV is also suddenly automatically turning off. again I complained about it to Flipkart customer care via chat and call and Flipkart customer care said we will take return this TV and we will refund your amount. and they said at 14th September 2022 we will send to you a Technician Visit for Uninstallation of this TV but till now no one is came. I want my amount back since from the 22th July 2022 Flipkart Mentally torturing me. i want justice.
