On 25.08.2017 had paid Rs 500 (Reference – 74332747238723774829452 – RELIANCE JIO INFOCOMM MUMBAI IN) towards Jio handset. While booking thru Jio app from my present Jio no. 8667464573.
Instead of mentioning the present no. had wrongly mentioned another Jio no. 8248414566 which was also bought by me but not activated at that time.
Later when I was about to activate 8248414566 , was told that it was sold to another person and that I need to obtain another Jio no.
Pls refund the Rs 500 paid by me or provide a voucher for Rs 500 against my present Jio no. 8667464573
Had been periodically enquiring with many concerned people about the status but till date no response.
