We ordered SHYAM 2 Tier Kitchen Spice Rack in 10 quantity and paid 3050/- ,out of which only 1 was delivered. Same day we called customer care twice and we were guided to update the order with exchange and we will receive 10 items, but again we received 1 item.
Now we are not able to cancel the order and when we tried to raise complain and ask for cancelling the order and refund they closed closed our complain stating they delivered our 10 items which is a complete lie. Kindly help us to cancel the order and get our refund.
