I am writing to bring to your kind attention that I have mistakenly made a payment of ₹5000 towards aviation for three months on [20th August]. The payment was made in error, as I had not intended to proceed with this transaction at this stage.
I completely respect the institute’s policies regarding non-refundable fees. However, since this was an unintentional/mistaken transaction and I have not yet availed or confirmed the admission/service, I kindly request you to consider a refund of the amount paid.
As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the guidelines of regulatory authorities such as UGC/RBI, students/customers are entitled to a fair resolution in cases of excess or mistaken payment. Therefore, I humbly request your good office to kindly initiate the refund, or adjust the amount against future fees, whichever is convenient for the institute.
