I am an existing subscriber to the Airtel BB services and my account details are as provided below: –

I pay my broadband bills every 6 months, and had paid the last bill amount in Feb’21. Eventually due to online transaction issues, I ended up making a double payment of the bill, and now there is a credit of Rs. 7197 in my BB account.
I have attached both the payment receipts which bear the transaction details for payments made on 5th and 6th of Feb’21, when asked by the customer care team.
I had requested a refund of the excess payment and have 3 request IDs logged against the complaint. The request numbers are 127481386, 128365208 and 128914740. These complaints were raised as a part of repeated follow-ups made with your customer support desk.
I was asked to share my bank details through a cancelled check, and that too was done as requested.
The refund has not yet been processed. Every time your team has been giving me false promises and they have missed every single committed date till now.
I am completely clueless about what’s going on. The fact is that I have been waiting for 2 months now for a refund which was supposed to be paid back in February.
This has been an awful customer support experience I have ever had from some service provider. I am not a happy customer of Airtel any more.
Hoping to see some positive outcome from the follow-ups I have done till date.
