I,Yogendra Singh, have faced significant inconvenience due to the failure of Broomees India Private Limited to provide the promised domestic help services. Despite paying INR 6075 on 8th December for a subscription service, the company has been unable to fulfill its commitment. A maid was initially assigned but did not report for duty, and subsequent requests for a professional cook have been unsuccessful.
As of 13th December, the service remains unfulfilled, forcing me to seek alternatives independently. Consequently, I am seeking a full refund of the paid amount, as the company has not met its obligations as per our agreement. I have formally requested a refund via email and have cautioned that failure to process this refund might lead to legal action.
This complaint is lodged to escalate the matter for a prompt resolution and to ensure the return of my funds as per the agreement terms.
