hope this message finds you well. My name is Krati Bharadwaj, and I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a parcel I received which I had not ordered.
Due to my absence at home, my mother unknowingly accepted the parcel. Upon checking, I traced the tracking ID (AWB: SF1379611970AEP, Order ID- 324063378 , Purchase ID- 685750515) and discovered that it was sent by your company, AEPL.
As I did not place this order, I kindly request your assistance in processing a refund for this parcel. Please advise on the next steps required to return the item and receive my refund.
