I am writing to bring to your attention the ongoing issues with my Whirlpool refrigerator, which have persisted since the day of purchase. Despite multiple attempts to repair the appliance, it continues to malfunction, leading to considerable inconvenience and loss.
Problems experienced:
1. Inadequate freezing – the refrigerator does not maintain the required low temperatures.
2. Ice melting – any ice stored within the freezer compartment melts prematurely.
3. Food spoilage – due to inconsistent cooling, food items spoil much sooner than expected.
**Service History:**
– The refrigerator has been repaired five times, yet the issues recur.
– An area executive visited and temporarily fixed the problem, but the solution did not last.

Given the persistent nature of these problems and the repeated failures to provide a permanent fix, I am requesting a full refund for this appliance. But we are not receiving any co operation from Whirlpool team.
