Dear Sir/ Mam’m,
I am writing this email with deep disappointment and dissatisfaction to formally raise a complaint regarding deficiency of service on the part of Magicbricks.
In August 2025, I purchased the “Certified 50 Listings” service package from Magicbricks and made a one-time payment of ₹1,52,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty-Two Thousand Only). At the time of purchase, I was assured by your Relationship Manager, Mr. Abhinav, that I would receive quality and property-relevant leads strictly related to the properties listed by me under this package.
However, after the activation of the package, I regret to state that I did not receive even a single quality or relevant lead as promised. The services delivered were completely inconsistent with the assurances given at the time of sale. Despite raising multiple complaints and follow-ups with both Mr. Abhinav and the Magicbricks support team, no effective assistance or resolution was provided.
Subsequently, I formally requested either a full refund of the paid amount or an extension of the package validity for an additional 90 days so that I could receive the promised services. Unfortunately, neither of these requests was considered, and my grievance was ignored.
The above facts clearly establish deficiency of service and unfair trade practice as defined under the Consumer Protection Act. I therefore request your immediate intervention to ensure a full refund of ₹1,52,000/- at the earliest.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be constrained to seek appropriate legal remedies before the Hon’ble Consumer Court, at your risk as to costs and consequences.
Yours sincerely,
New Door Venture
