Text of Complaint by Shyam Bhatt:

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a failed recharge transaction on my Airtel SIM and to request a refund for the same.

On [date of recharge], I attempted to recharge my Airtel number [your Airtel mobile number] with an amount of ₹[recharge amount]. The recharge was made through [payment method or app/website used], and the transaction ID is [transaction ID]. Although the amount was deducted from my account, the recharge did not reflect on my Airtel number.

I have waited for the issue to resolve automatically, but unfortunately, the recharge has still not been credited to my account. I kindly request you to look into this matter and either process the recharge successfully or issue a refund of the deducted amount at the earliest.
