Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the international roaming service provided by your company. My mobile number is 9728244252. I activated international roaming for one year on 10 May 2025 and paid INR 4000 for the service. However, upon arriving in Myanmar, I experienced significant issues with connectivity. Neither 3G nor 4G services were functioning properly, and the voice clarity was poor. I received complaints from my family back home that my phone was often unreachable.
I regret trusting your service provider and activating this expensive international roaming package. As a result, I have decided to switch to Airtel and am considering filing a complaint with the consumer court regarding the misleading promotion and poor service.
I kindly request a refund of my payment of 4000 and ask that you deactivate this service on my mobile number 9728244252.
