Dear Sir, Madam,
on Date 1 may 2023 i booked a flight for my family from Delhi to Abu Dhabi. by Make my trip.
the travel date was 5 July 2023 . Flight was Go first Airline PNR T3ZMVR
But flight has been cancel by airline. and i have been told that i will get my refund within 1 month
i call both party make my trip and Go first Air lines as well.
i have been told by Airline they will refund to make my trip. because i booked by make my trip.
But Sir/ Madam,
Please Note who have booked flight direct by Go first website in my office they have received their refund.
i am continue calling make my trip they are not giving any response to me that when will refund now almost a year finished but. i still did not received my refund.
please find attached copy of my family ticket.
i hope you will take a action against both party.
