I booked a ticket from Bhubaneswar to Hyderbad with reference number REF on 4th February 2022 from travolook. After some time on the same day, I got a call from customer care that your ticket got canceled due to some operational reasons in the airline and he said your amount will be refunded within 10 days and he also said to book a ticket again from their website. But it’s been a month now and I did not get my refund back. I tried to contact customer care on the phone and emails both but didn’t get any response from them.
