Dear Flipkart Customer Support Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my recent order (Order ID: OD334418822878472100) of a washing machine. On 19th May 2025, I purchased a washing machine worth ₹9,839 from Flipkart and exchanged my old washing machine worth ₹2,000 at the time of delivery.
However, when I decided to return the new washing machine, I noticed that the refund amount mentioned is only ₹7,789. Despite exchanging the old washing machine worth ₹2,000, the full amount of ₹9,839is not being considered for the refund.
