I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your bus service on my journey from DELHI to KATRA.
I had booked a ticket for the 9:00 pm bus on January 25, 2024, with the expectation of reaching Katra by 10:45 am on January 26, 2024. Unfortunately, our journey was severely disrupted when the bus experienced a breakdown near ALIPUR due to a malfunctioning fuel pump.
Upon reaching Anand Vihar, where the travel bus station is located, as directed by the driver, we were promised another bus for our journey. To our dismay, the replacement bus provided was in a deplorable condition, leaving us with no other viable option for travel.
Considering the circumstances and the lack of alternative arrangements, we reluctantly boarded the subpar bus around 1:30 am, causing a significant delay in our journey.
Given the inconveniences faced, I kindly request a refund for the booking. I believe that such service disruptions and inadequate alternatives fall short of the standard expected from a reputable bus service provider.
Please address this matter promptly, and I look forward to a swift resolution.
