Subject: Request for Rectification of Incorrect Loan Information in CIBIL Report
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue concerning my CIBIL report. I have observed that
there is a loan mentioned in my report which I have not availed. The details of the erroneous loan
entry are as follows:
– Loan Account Number: KRA0120TER000005098626
– Loan Amount: ₹12,825
– Date of Loan: 13/04/2022
I assure you that I have never applied for or availed any loan from your esteemed bank or any other
financial institution. This incorrect entry has adversely affected my CIBIL score, and I am facing
difficulties due to this.
I kindly request you to investigate this matter urgently and take necessary steps to rectify my CIBIL
report. The incorrect loan entry should be removed from my CIBIL report, and my CIBIL score should
be updated accordingly.
For your reference, I have attached the following documents:
1. A copy of my CIBIL report highlighting the incorrect loan entry.
2. A copy of my ID proof (Aadhaar Card/PAN Card).
3. A copy of my address proof.
I would be grateful for your prompt action in this regard. Please keep me informed of the progress
and provide confirmation once the rectification is completed. If any further information or
documentation is required, please let me know at the earliest.
