I delivered a package through (offline) at your delivery office Tara Shimla on 14 October 2021with tracking Number 2829217257342 and registered Mobile number 7668479262. At that time I paid Rs. 778 (Seven hundred seventy eight only) with UPI Ref ID 128794087736 to Manu Sharma (with attached copy). After payment he didn’t gave me any recipet and said to me that we can not give you any recipet because we work only online,we have not any recipet book or stamp. But I paid Rs. 778 and I have requirements for recipet for claim amount from byjus.
Secondly I mail to you at customer.support@delhivery.com about the same, after multiple emails your office didn’t replied to me.
Now I am requesting to your office through email about the same. Please reply and provide recipet to me, otherwise I will take action against your office.
