Toaday 17/05/2023, I received a courier from Ekart Logistics, which I had eagerly been anticipating. To my dismay, upon opening the package, I discovered that it contained old cloth items instead of the expected contents. I had paid a sum of 699 INR for the delivery via Google Pay, with transaction number [313783445090]. Unfortunately, I did not receive any return address or contact information within the package.
After conducting further research and reaching out to relevant authorities, it has come to my attention that this incident may be part of a fraudulent scheme targeting unsuspecting customers. I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the integrity of the courier service provided by Ekart Logistics.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this matter and facilitate the refund of the payment I made for the courier. I understand that circumstances like these can be challenging, but I trust that your company values customer satisfaction and is committed to resolving issues promptly.
I have taken the necessary steps to report this incident to my bank, local law enforcement, and Google Pay. I am also prepared to cooperate fully with any investigations that may be conducted to apprehend those responsible for this scam. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide during this process.
