Respected Sir,
I bought Samsung Mobile A31(Renewed, but never mentioned it was used or repaired) on 23/ 10/2020 from Amazon India.
When I Opened the cover I found it was a USED MOBILE PHONE. I thought it was a renewed version of Samsung A31, as I did not expected Amazon selling used phones. We have many Apps for selling used phones like OLX etc.
When I spoke to the Amazon customer care they said, it cannot be replaced or refunded .
I kindly request you to take necessary action as early as possible.
