Hello,
My name is Mohak, and I am writing to request your assistance regarding a serious issue with a gambling operator under your license – Bettilt (operated by Abudantia B.V., License No. 8048/JAZ).
I deposited a total of ₹85,000 (Indian Rupees) into my Bettilt account and, through genuine gameplay, accumulated a balance of ₹4,94,000. However, my account was recently locked by Bettilt, and all funds were confiscated. The stated reason for this action was the existence of a duplicate account.
I would like to honestly admit that I had created more than one account on Bettilt. However, I was unaware that this was a violation of their terms and conditions at the time. I did not attempt to abuse bonuses, defraud the platform, or gain any unfair advantage. My gameplay and deposits were completely legitimate,
I have made multiple attempts to contact Bettilt’s support team through email and live chat, but I have not received a satisfactory explanation or any consideration for refunding my deposited funds or resolving the matter.
As a licensed and regulated operator under your jurisdiction, I respectfully request Curaçao eGaming’s assistance in reviewing this case. I am willing to provide:
Identity verification (KYC documents)
Deposit proofs
Screenshots of account and communication with support
My sincere request is for one of the following outcomes:
Unlocking of my account and restoration of my balance, OR
A refund of my balance i.e Rs.494000 as a gesture of goodwill, considering the unintentional nature of my mistake.
