Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Rhino Finance Pvt. Ltd. regarding their failure to update my loan status with TransUnion CIBIL and issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC), despite full repayment of the loan.

Issue Summary:
Despite my repeated efforts, the lender has failed to correct the inaccurate loan status reported to CIBIL. This has severely impacted my credit score and financial credibility.

Lender: Rhino Finance Pvt. Ltd.

Loan Account Number: A1119AV29K8A

Disbursement Date: 20/11/2019

Reported Date: 30/11/2019

Repayment Date: 03/12/2019 at 14:36

Repayment Amount: ₹2,850.00

Payment ID: pay_DngF0ZSnTvt93H (via Razorpay)

Payment Method: HDFC Debit Card ending with 4734

Actions Taken:
I raised a service request (SR No. 07868836) with TransUnion CIBIL, attaching valid proof of repayment including Razorpay receipt, bank transaction statement, and screenshots.

CIBIL responded stating the lender confirmed the loan as “overdue,” which is factually incorrect.

I contacted Rhino Finance’s support (info@rhinofinance.in, support@rhinofinance.in) and their nodal officer Mr. Akash Sharma (+91 7827967802) multiple times. Unfortunately, there has been no response or resolution.

My Request:
Kindly instruct Rhino Finance to verify the attached evidence and update the loan status to “closed” with CIBIL immediately.

Direct the lender to issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for my records.

Ensure the correction is reflected in my credit report and a written confirmation is sent to me.
