Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally bring to your notice that a Jio Fiber pole has been erected directly adjacent to my compound wall without any prior information, consultation, or consent. The pole has been installed less than half a foot from the boundary wall of my property located at Plot no.94,Hasthinapuram central colony hyderabad -500079, and is positioned exactly at the junction where we are planning to construct our main gate.
The newly installed Jio Fiber pole further restricts vehicular access and creates serious inconvenience for the planned construction as well as for future usage of the entrance.
In view of the above, I strongly request the immediate removal or relocation of the Jio Fiber pole from its current position. Any delay in the removal will severely obstruct our construction activities and may also lead to accidental damage to the pole. Please note that any damage caused to the pole during ongoing construction will not be my responsibility, as the installation was carried out without due permission.
I kindly request you to take prompt action on this matter at the earliest and ensure that the obstruction is cleared to avoid further inconvenience.
