Subject: Request for Immediate Removal of Incorrect Loan Accounts from My Credit Report
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your urgent attention that there are multiple loan accounts being reported under my name in the credit bureau report which do not belong to me. I have never applied for or availed any of the following loans mentioned in the report.
Below are the details of the disputed accounts:
