Text of Complaint by Jiya Gedam:

Dear Consumer Care Team,

I am writing to express my concern and frustration regarding a recent transaction with Ineuron. I purchased a data science course from them, which was cancelled by Ineuron within two days of purchase. They assured me that I would receive a full refund within a few days. However, it has now been more than 15 days, and I have yet to receive my money back.

Despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone, I have not received any response. This delay and lack of communication are highly unprofessional and have caused me considerable inconvenience.

Here are the details of my transaction:

Course Name: Full Stack Data Science with Generative AI V2
Purchase Date: 5th July
Amount Paid: INR 10,500
Payment Method: Phonpe UPI
I request your immediate intervention to resolve this issue and ensure that I receive my refund as soon as possible. I trust that you will take appropriate action to address this matter and prevent such issues from recurring in the future.
