I am writing to sincerely apologize for unintentionally violating your platform’s rules regarding multiple accounts. I now understand this was against your terms and conditions.
Unfortunately, I am currently unable to access any of my accounts, and I have tried contacting your team multiple times without receiving a resolution. I kindly request your assistance in either:

or
