I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the software update for my Samsung Galaxy A71 smartphone. After installing the update on 02/07/2023, I noticed the appearance of persistent white lines on the device’s display, rendering it unusable.
Considering the timing of the issue and the fact that it occurred immediately after the software update, it is evident that the problem is not a result of any mishandling or damage on my part. This strongly suggests that the update has caused a hardware malfunction in my device.
I would like to emphasize that my Samsung A71 is not currently under warranty. However, given the clear correlation between the update installation and the onset of display issues, I kindly request a free replacement of my smartphone.
