Dear Customer Service/Support Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent software update for my VIVO X60 pro smartphone. After installing the update, I noticed the appearance of persistent green lines on the device’s display, rendering it unusable. Considering the timing of the issue and the fact that it occurred immediately after the software update, it is evident that the problem is not a result of any mishandling or damage on my part. This strongly suggests that the update has caused a hardware malfunction in my device. I would like to emphasize that my VIVO X60 pro is not currently under warranty. However, given the clear correlation between the update installation and the onset of display issues, I kindly request a free replacement of my smartphone. I believe that the responsibility lies with the company, as the issue occurred directly as a consequence of the software update.

Further, I reached Vivo service center address First Floor, D -31, 32, Buttler Plaza, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh- 243001 ; DISTRICT NAME, Bareilly ; STATE NAME:Uttar Pradesh- 243001 for support and help. First of all they behaved very rudely and made some discrepancies in support which are as under:
1. They mentioned wrong purchase date 24.01.2021 instead of 17.01.2022 (Copy of bill attached for ready reference)
2. They mentioned in their Solution remarks that problem persists due to liquid found in PCB and upper cover which is totally fake and lie remarks by them. (Copy of their JOB CARD attached for ready reference)

In view of the above, I kindly request a prompt response and a resolution to this matter. I hope that Vivo will take full responsibility for the issue and provide a free replacement for Free Replacement of Display of my VIVO X60 pro as Green Line showing on Display after Software Update.
