Dear Airtel,
I would like to escalate this issue to the highest level possible.
It has been a pathetic experience in deactivating the Mobile Hotspot connection. I have placed a request yesterday and till now the issue have been not been resolved and deactivated.
I have been getting multiple calls regarding on not to deactivate the numbers instead of understanding my concern.
Initially I took this connection from a local mobile store for Mobile Hotspot device. They offered me a family pack of 799 and provided an additional two numbers along with a primary number which is provided as below. Surprisingly the airtel shop, they have used their email ids without my knowledge for the other two complimentary numbers. (roysreeparna@gmail.com).

SR: 31-3626109484057 – 9903646845 (cancellation request has been closed providing a statement that retainment offer has been accepted by the customer which is not true. This I believe is against Airtel Business Ethics and should be treated as a severe breach of trust issue.)

May I kindly request you to deactivate the above mentioned numbers ASAP without any interference and future upselling.
I have installed a broadband and don’t need any of the airtel numbers either for data or calls
Please find attached that I have already made an advance payment of Rs 383 yesterday as on 9th May 2021
I have lost my trust in Airtel and will never use Airtel anymore based on the quality and also on the services provided
