I was offered Credit card by Standard Chartered,submitted my personal information like payslip, address proof and done with KYC too but bank has never sent me a card. Raised concern on phonebanking and on emails but there is absolutely no update.
At the end I requested to cancel my card and unlist my details , they took the request and again there is no progress as I am still getting sms and credit card offers email.
Dont know what is their intention. An action has to be taken here.
