Since last 2 weeks I am being frustrated by Airtel.
I wants to convert my postpaid connection into prepaid. I visited Airtel store 2times and lodged request for the same but Airtel is not willing to convert my postpaid into prepaid.
Latest scenario in details: On 4th December 2018, i have once again requested for converting my postpaid connection to prepaid connection by visiting Airtel store.
Today morning i reveived a call from ‘Krutrth Parihar’ – Relationship circle head – Gujarat. I told him clearly that i wants to migrate from postpaid to prepaid. After some time I received a text message of ‘Dear Patel Hiteshkumar, as per your confirmation to our customer care specialist, your request to convert your Airtel Postpaid number 9173146321 to Prepaid has been cancelled. Continue enjoying the postpaid services’.
I have a call recording of our talk also as a proof which i can share with you if you require.
I kindly requesting you to please look into this matter seriously. I have paid approx. Rs.800/ as a bill payment in last 1week time only.
I have also raised a complain to Airtime nodal office also but didn’t get any solution. Full email communication is attached in attachment.
I kindly request you to please convert my connection from postpaid to prepaid. I feel helpless. Please support me.
