I am writing to formally request the closure of my Paytm Business account as I no longer use the Paytm Business app. Kindly remove all my linked bank accounts from the app and proceed with closing my account. I had previously raised this issue through the Paytm app under the following ticket numbers:
Ticket Number: 5104984841, dated 19-11-2024
Ticket Number: 5105837338, dated 17-12-2024
Unfortunately, both tickets were marked as resolved without actually addressing my concern.
