Text of Complaint by Narmatha vaishnavi:

  1. Had been trying to reach the customer care regarding my broadband bill . I just wanted a small clarification of my bill. Tried all source mode. I get a call as a reminder for my bill overdue and in that when i specify  i need to speak to a executive.  They say the person  wil call in 24 hrs but 3 solid days have passed by still no call from  customer  service. Without  any clarification how should i pay my bill. I need  a call on my mobile number at the earliest. 9025015154
